2025 Altitude Basketball Fall 3x3 Program
The 2025 Altitude Basketball Fall 3x3 program is designed to help female athletes develop fundamental basketball skills, enhance decision-making, and build basketball IQ through targeted skill development sessions and weekly 3x3 gameplay.
Program Structure:
Athletes will attend one skills session and one 3x3 gameplay session per week.
The program runs from September 8 to mid-November, featuring approximately 10 3x3 sessions and 8–10 skills sessions.
Open to female athletes in U11–U18.
Schedule:
Training sessions will be held on weekdays (specific times to be announced before September).
3x3 gameplay will take place on Sundays between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, either at NAIT or RAISE Athletics. U11 will be at RAISE to allow for 8.5ft net heights.
If gym cancellations occur, we will make every effort to reschedule; however, sessions may not fall on the originally scheduled weekday.
Fees and Registration:
The program fee is $295, due at the time of registration to secure a spot.
Limited spots are available; once full, no additional spots will be added.
Additional Requirements:
All athletes must have valid ABA/Canada Basketball insurance.
A Canada Basketball (CB)/Alberta Basketball (ABA) membership is required once per season (September to September). If you have already paid this fee through another CB/ABA-affiliated program, you will not need to pay it again.
What’s Included:
Each athlete will receive a reversible jersey.
Athletes will spend approximately 3 hours on court each week, including:
One skills training session
One 3x3 mini-tournament session (multiple 3x3 games per week)
Why 3x3?
3x3 basketball is a fast-paced format that offers significant benefits to athletic development. It increases playing time, promotes quick decision-making, and allows athletes to refine various skills in a competitive environment.
